Perry Green

Dr. Erica Perry Green is a woman who has risen against great odds to find her God-given Purpose! With an intense passion and desire to see everyone win, Erica focused her career on leading, coaching, and mentoring sales professionals in the corporate space. Erica has held managerial and senior executive-level positions in both Fortune-500 Pharmaceutical Companies and corporate educational firms. She currently serves as the National Vice President of Healthcare Sales, supporting a national sales team and managing multi-million dollar budgets.

While rising through the ranks in Corporate America, Erica had a strong desire to own her own business and create a legacy that would out-live her. For the last ten years, Erica has been successful in various entrepreneurial endeavors. She launched SHERO Publishing LLC, focused on helping women to Unleash Their Inner SHERO and share their stories with the world. Erica is also a six-time author herself; publishing her books, Unleash Your SHERO and The Sisterhood and sharing her literary expertise as a best-selling co-author in The Nonprofit Legacy, A Reason to Be, Love Pack, and Wake, Pray, Slay. Erica also founded Green Consulting Firm, supporting entrepreneurs to grow, scale, and market their businesses. 

Erica is also a six-time author herself; publishing her books, Unleash Your SHERO and The Sisterhood and sharing her literary expertise as a best-selling co-author in The Nonprofit Legacy, A Reason to Be, Love Pack, and Wake, Pray, Slay.

Erica also founded Green Consulting Firm, supporting entrepreneurs to grow, scale, and market their businesses. Erica serves as an ICF Certified Business & Marketing Coach.

As a skilled entrepreneur, Erica has traveled the world, training and assisting new business owners in growing and developing their brand. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs on the concept of multiple streams of income. Erica has also ascended to top ranks in two global businesses; creating networks of thousands of business partners. As a master sales trainer and marketer, Erica launched several successful business affiliate programs, offering small business options to thousands of women globally.

Whether serving as a Business & Execution or Publishing Coach, my goal is to help women, globally, to Unleash their Inner SHERO; those untapped gifts and talents to build six and sevenfigure profits and grow generational wealth.

Giving back has always been at Erica’s core. For the last ten years, Erica served in pivotal roles in several nonprofits, all supporting women and youth. While serving as a Historian for WINGS Women’s Group, Erica led numerous mission and community endeavors, including a trip to support village development in the Dominican Republic. Erica also served as a part of Solo Mom Foundation, supporting single mothers in local Raleigh/Durham shelters.
Throughout all of her outreach efforts, Erica had a strong desire to give back in an even more impactful way. With an intense passion for lifting and supporting those in need, Erica founded Sisters Lifting Sisters, a 501C3 nonprofit organization focused on supporting women and children at risk. Sisters Lifting Sisters supports women facing hunger issues & homelessness, single mothers, domestic violence survivors, and women facing health issues. To date, SLS Nonprofit has supported over 7,000 women and children through monthly food distributions, a clothing pantry, GIRLS 2 WOMEN Empowerment events, backpack drives, and hosting an annual Christmas brunch and gift giveback for over 100 women and families in residential rehabilitation facilities in Wake and Orange County. Erica has received numerous awards for her philanthropy and community service, including the 2018 ACHI Nonprofit Leader of the Year Award.

Throughout all of her philanthropic endeavors, family remains first! Erica enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her loving husband and best friend of twenty-four years, Jonathan Green, and daughter, Camryn. Erica strives to continue to empower women, launching a financial literacy initiative to help women grow their business and investing acumen to leave generational wealth.
